Rather than add your RV to your auto policy, consider RV insurance coverage with an RV policy as the following situations are generally not covered under a standard auto insurance policy and could result in significant loss without RV insurance:
- You store items in your RV that typically aren’t in your car like clothing, jewelry, binoculars, VCRs, laptops, camcorders, or outdoor gear.
- You may be liable for the area around your RV when you park it at campsites and in RV parks. If someone is injured, you may be responsible.
- If your RV is damaged in an incident while you are travelling, you may require significant emergency expenses for lodging and transportation while your RV is being repaired, plus potentially expensive towing costs.
RV & Camper Insurance Coverage Options*
